"Peter has helped me get my "mojo" back with respect to my training and fitness. He listened, observed, and tested me, all very politely and cooperatively, and then drew up a personalised training plan aimed what I assume he sees as my areas that require correction.  We've had a few sessions going through the plan, dialling individual exercises up or down a notch where required, and I can already see the benefits both in the exercises I do with Peter and my drive to train when I'm not with him.  This is all helped by his manner - he's not some barking sergeant major type nor an over enthusiastic bunny but a genuinely nice guy with a great interpersonal style and a very good communicator."
