Peter was recommended to me by my cousin who he did wonders for and when I first met him I was nervous and scared about what to expect and where to start. I was 9 months postpartum at the time and recovering from my 2nd C-section. Peter was incredible from the get go, he really took the time and patience to go through my fitness, eating habits, diet and psychological stance on food and slowly but surely I began the transformation. It wasn’t easy at first as food was my go to for everything, but Peter’s words and wisdom rang through my head and I stuck to being disciplined. What I thought was a lifelong bad habit I couldn’t get out of slowly became a release and I found myself eager to learn new healthy alternative recipes and looking forward to my daily exercises which by the way Peter tailored to my individual needs. Wow the difference could be felt almost straightaway, mentally at first, then physically with my clothes hanging loose and energy levels increasing. Peter is a real gem he is not just a PT but a transformative coach whose wise words and advice will take you far, believe me if I can do it, anyone can with the right attitude and determination! It’s now or never and Peter will get you to the finish line!

As a man who recently celebrated a major birthday, health, nutrition and fitness have always been central to me.  Having worked with several PT’s over the years in London ZestFit’s approach is unique.  From initial questionnaires that explored what and when I was eating to my sleep to their fitness programs and coaching the approach is in a different league!  Peter’s extensive education and knowledge from California sets him apart.  No stone seems to be left unturned.

I walk daily and noticed my balance, agility and spatial awareness are not what they were.  The ZestFit fitness program Peter designed for me is bespoke and caters to resolve these issues.  The program also helped me increase my neck flexibility that greatly compensated for my impaired vision in my left eye.

Working on functional exercises like to kneel to stand and the extensive use of the Swiss ball have all improved my core, flexibility, balance, agility, co-ordination and fixed my low back pain.

The ZestFit program has also allowed me to continue my “independent” lifestyle from counting my steps, climbing my stairs at home and underground travel to central London several times a week. 

I have the self-confidence and energy to pursue my various activities whilst in the capital!  

Peter is highly personable, an excellent communicator and has extensive expertise in this field.  No question.  His “rest is best” advice sure comes in very useful sometimes!

I highly recommend investing in ZestFit’s services.  You won’t be disappointed it certainly has given me a zest for life!

I’ve had a really good experience with ZestFit and would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel fitter and healthier.  They are friendly and it doesn’t matter what level you’re at, you feel comfortable straight away. The sessions are simple but effective, helping with things like moving better, getting stronger, and having more energy. Since I started, I’ve felt better in myself and even noticed I’m sleeping better too, and it doesn’t feel too intense or overwhelming. Overall, it’s a great place to stay active and feel good.

After suffering a lower back injury in early 2024 when back squatting I suffered from a lower back injury which caused posture issues and was unable to squat for the majority of the year and had to work around the injury training with machines. Started working with Peter and we worked straight away looking at my posture and finding what the cause of the lower back issue. Peter was able to find the issue with the lower back pain and set exercise to strengthen my core. Through training with Peter I fixed my lower back issue, strengthened my core and was once again able to start back squatting again safely and build up to previous levels of strength with better technique. While working with Peter he also diagnosed another issue with my posture when walking with one foot pointing outwards which was causing knee pain. Peter corrected this and I have no longer any issues with my posture when walking and also huge improvements to the knee pain. I highly recommend Peter as a personal trainer, he is a very knowledgeable in his field to diagnose and treat complex issues, especially when it comes to posture and alignment.
