Your journey begins with a comprehensive consultation and detailed questionnaires. This allows for a full understanding of your current fitness level, injury history, lifestyle demands, and goals.
Using this information, a bespoke personal training programme is created to support your short, medium, and long-term objectives. Sessions are available in person in North West London or online for UK-wide clients.
Every exercise is selected for a reason and explained clearly so you understand how it will contribute to your progress. Measurable outcomes are used to track improvement and maintain accountability.
Clients receive one-to-one coaching, alongside phone and WhatsApp support. Weekly education via email is provided outside of sessions to reinforce learning, motivation, and adherence. Coaching is collaborative, supportive, and non-judgemental.
Clients typically experience improved body composition, better movement quality, increased confidence, energy and a more positive mindset towards health and fitness.
